Gamification touches on training, marketing, healthcare and recruitment simultaneously, meaning demand doesn’t sit neatly in one place, and a fair number of buyers have no idea the term applies to them. Enquiries are worth pursuing individually but don’t come around often, so losing one isn’t an option. There was also nothing to build on, the domain was completely new with no ranking history.
The brief called for visibility around the actual pain points buyers search for, ranking momentum starting from zero, and turning that first wave of traffic into properly qualified enquiries.
